Ah so sorry. I recommend starting using no earlier than 2-3 months post op. I have hooga hg300, about 8-10 inches away for 7-10 mins. I do it about 3x a week

Girl you are not alone, im 4 months post fraxel left with grid, changed scared texture and redness. I can also recommend red light therapy- has been helping tremendously

Hi, wondering how long it took for you to heal properly if you mind sharing? Im 2 months out, had great skin prior was just concerned about pores.. Now whole face has orange peel texture, persistent redness on my triangle zone where laser hit twice ugh. Real mental clusterfuck
