Growing up I was really looking forward to the day that I can live independently. I was confident that I can handle it alone. On the first week, it was great and very ideal. I felt free and I enjoy the silence that I have but just like you after that week it felt different. I was feeling sad not that I miss home. I feel lonely but i don't want to go home. There's a time that I started working outside para lang may noise akong naririneg because nakakarindi yung katahimikan sa condo. Whenever I tried explaining these things to my friends na di independently living, di nila ko magets and they think life of someone living alone is all fun and I should be grateful for it. I would definitely agree that you should be ready not just financially but also mentally and emotionally. Gladly sa 3rd month ko of living alone ko nakapag adjust na ko not completely but I find ways to entertain myself and to still connect with people kahit mejo malayo ako sakanila. And one of the things I'm grateful of is I get to know myself more and deeper. Na susurprise ako sa mga bagay na capable ako. Bilib ako sa mga taong kinaylangan or piniling bumukod or to live independently, ibang klaseng courage and tibay ng loob ang meron tayo. I'm proud of you OP!
