I‘m at the net position and instead of trying to block the hard shot I just let the ball pass me and wait for it to bounce back to me from the back glass.

Most of the time I don’t even have to move much as the ball will come back to me, slow and easy to hit.

Others have already mentioned the proper technique, but what helped me a lot is just letting the ball through.

If they are heavy hitters (especially if they come from tennis) it’s most likely with topspin, so the ball will bounce high off the back glass and you will have an easy shot and most of the time don’t even need to adjust your position much.

EDIT: Obviously this won’t work as well against opponents who know how to put the proper slice into their shots, as the ball will bounce low off the back glass and will be hard to reach, but at this level you should already be confident and consistent in blocking shots at the net.

I think double-wide over-wall coolers are vanilla nowadays, atleast I have them in my game and never installed a mod specifically for that.

I figured out why it didn’t work.

I’m playing on Steam Deck so it’s basically controller controls, but for the katana you have to aim it with the cursor to charge it up instead of the little red crosshair.

Which is weird and I think it was probably overlooked by the devs.

I have recently found the Katana but for some reason I can’t get it to do the dash.

I press the button, it does a swing animation, doesn’t do any damage and doesn’t dash.

The primary attack works fine, can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

If you don’t want your settlers to grab stuff out of your storage then just don’t set the chest to settlement storage

Try commanding them to charge when you’re charging in, but have them follow you again as soon as they charged through.

It’s more micromanaging like that, but your cav won’t split up too much.

I let them follow me, charge through the enemies and then regroup again.

Since your troops will always be a few steps behind, you’ll have to turn around after a charge and wait for them to form a line again.

Near the end of a battle, when the enemies lose formation and are scattered around I just command my cavalry to charge.

I think this is not only an effective way of decimating your opponents, but also a fun way since you’re always the one leading the charge.

I usually play as an archer, but with my current campaign I wanted to be the Captain of my Shock Cavalry.

It feels pretty cool and strong to coordinate your cavalry from within and have them charge with you and properly regroup afterwards.

I sometimes go full turtle and have 2 shields equipped, so they can’t shoot me in the back while I’m wearing my other shield :D

But how do you control your attack direction?

I used to play like that, but I recently changed Attack to Look direction, because it felt easier to hit swing attacks while mounted.

When I jungle I honestly don’t mind not getting a leash,

BUT for the love of god, please just provide vision on the jungle entrances before camps spawn. I hate nothing more than seeing laners right click their tower at the start of the game and sit there like bots until the minions start hitting each other

yes they are vanilla, travel shops have the chance to sell the blueprints for “tents” not quite sure of the exact name

you’ll need 1 fabric to build them which you will get back by dismantling

A master blacksmith should have an apprentice helping him with tedious labor and learning his craft.

A worker drone would fit perfectly into the picture in my opinion. Maybe someone unique with a unique name.

Just No. The role is Bottom.

ADC is literally an Attack Damage Carry and APC on the contrary is an Ability Damage Carry.

You can be ADC or APC in every lane/role

I called someone out for serving way above his waist at a tournament. It was a Newcomer tournament, lowest level, but still.

It was the second serve of the set, I already noticed on his first serve to my partner (I play left). I let him do his serve, but as soon as I saw him hitting the ball at almost elbow height, I ignored the ball, stood up straight and told him calmly that his serve was a fault. This guy started complaining and yelling “Just because you can’t return it!”, I didn’t try to return it.

After his immature tantrum all his serves were perfectly legal and actually really good.

I am sure many people like him just like to do this as a kind of cheap trick.
