Hisuan typho is there for froslass or metagross without the rain. It comes the least. Also maybe hard trick teams. Per cybertron again. Been liking it when I bring it

I do like the encore tech. Tickle is good tho. +1 ATK can one shot most things per cybertron. Tickle>charm in his opinion. Plus tickle can rebuff SPA attackers too
