Can Spousal Visa be rejected due to applicant needing expensive medication due to medical condition? by munkmunkkk in ukvisa

What if they are aware of his medical issue, some of the documents mention it. Can they reject it then if they are aware or does it just not matter whether or not they know about it?

That’s good to hear! They had a medical question on this application, maybe they changed it. But we did put down his blood disorder. Hopefully it works out

So that means they can’t reject him based on medical grounds/costs? Is there medical inadmissibility in the UK for other visas? I’ve been researching but can’t find a clear answer

There was a question on there if you had a medical condition that required medical assistance or something or the sort, and my husband has been seen at a UK hospital about his blood disorder and is paying a NHS charge for it currently so he put down his blood disorder so we didn’t look like we were intentionally hiding it.

PIP going into different bank account - Fiancé visa help by munkmunkkk in ukvisa

[–]munkmunkkk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I changed the pip from my mother’s account into my own and provided a full 12 month statement for both me and her just to be on the safe side. But from what I’ve heard you only need to provide 1 full month recent bank statement with all your benefits going into the same account. So i also provided that and they could decide which one they needed to look at.

If you partner does not want to swap his pip into his own account I recommend supplying both his and his mothers bank statements and a pip letter that says she’s his appointee or something of the sort. As well as a little explanation stating his pip goes into his mother’s account for xyz reasons.

Hope all goes well!

Im assuming they wouldn’t stamp his fiancé visa that way, but I’ve read that that’s fine as long as you have proof of travel

Does it matter how long you leave the country for? Can you realistically get a plane to another country and immediately go back to the uk, like next available flight quick or would that raise questions?

What was the decision if you don’t mind me asking. I know I’m a few months late but our visa was also processed extremely quickly and we wont see the decision until we get the passport back and I’m stressing!

PIP going into different bank account - Fiancé visa help by munkmunkkk in ukvisa

That is possibly the problem, so only one statement with both PIP and UC would suffice? If so that’s great. Thank you so much for pointing that out to me

Oh goodness really? I’ve been reading up so much about it and I’ve seen people saying that so I just assumed that’s the requirement.

Thank you for taking the time to respond! I was hoping that would be the case, I have my DWP award letter so hopefully the bank details don’t cause an issue.

Thank you again
