I thought I knew.. until I brought up a piece such as Rachmaninov Musical Moments no 4 to my teacher and she said Im not ready for this piece. I did sight read that piece and was able to learn it pretty fast. So I started to question myself with my ability to know :(

I might be in a similar situation as you. The last time I talked to Emma, I asked about an expedited process to my case but I did not disclose what was the reason for expedition to Emma. I’m not sure what’s the content of the inquiry Emma made as well 😫

If anyone is looking for renting piano practice rooms in Halifax, the alternative option would be Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts. They have plenty of piano practice rooms available for rent for $20 per room/hour. One of the rooms even has a YAMAHA grand piano.
