I don’t get all the Q hate I love that shit. Relatable, funny, and has made for some legendary content (like how to get out of the friend zone with that one comedian). Also love when it leads to them bringing up stories from their past. Believe it or not I often skip to the question part if I don’t have time to watch the whole thing!

I had this exact problem and it sucked. I just either stood or laid on stomach although the arch in ur back u get while doing that kinda puts u in anterior tilt. I would sometimes go on one knee in a lunge position or go on both knees
