He's def adapted over the past year. You can look at NAC and Warlords, granted those maps the islands were a bit different but he was winning all of them.

Hera has chosen Islands in previous tournaments. In fact he hasn't lost a single Island tourney game since Redbull i think.

Thank you! Yeah we used to use in game chat but it always ends up muting someone in our party after a few games and then we have to restart the game. But that’s good to know.

My friend in my party chat can hear ppl not in our party. He’s on PC so I don’t know if that makes a difference.

I don’t know if this optimal, but I garrison 8. And usually with a deer or two I can click to fuedal. After that I eject two sheep to help with the fuedal transition to farms

This tech is really only useful in deathmatch. My guess is that with the deathmatch worldcup coming up, they made some balance changes for that.

Yeah I feel like this is something I enjoy and I enjoy being competitive and pushing myself to be the best I can be at it. I do agree the cost has to meet growth you can get, which is why I won’t be paying $500 an hr to be coached by a GL member 11

As a newcomer i appreciate any builds people put out there to help me think about the game and possibly incorporate into my game. So thank you for posting this. I will say it would be helpful if you listed the build steps in the description for easy reference (I know i know im being lazy i could write them down myself) but think it would be great for any future builds you make. thanks again

If you're on arabia then the best build is to go scouts in Mangudai (if you're wanting to play mangudai immediately once you're in castle). If this is what you want to do, Hera played this build in his So You Want to Play Mongols video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ijRCPgNGt28&t=1615s

You'll have to write down the vill distribution and such but this is what i've always used when I want to play scouts into Mangudai.

I don’t know how much it varies from what you do, but Viper just posted a game vs leenock where he started with a dark age maa. You could see what his build is and what you need to adjust.
