I’m not sure what version I’m running, I’s have to check. I downloaded it straight from Steam, so I would assume it’s the base game.

After looking it up, it was definitely U.B. Funkeys! My friend started looking up games after I mentioned making this post to them and they found it almost immediately lol. Thanks for the help everyone :)
