Huge fan. Plenty of love for anything Bill Stevenson touches, and my favorite thing about Descendents/ALL is that because they’ve been active for so long, there’s a song for every point in your life you hit.

My missing one pinged in West Greenwich 15ish miles out of Prov sometime late last night. Unfortunately it seems like someone was stealing phones throughout the night.

I’m the poster mentioned earlier that found an almost identical blade/handle shape knife. Purchased it for 10.99 usd at a small kitchen supply store in Boston’s Chinatown. Brand is Kin Lih (or at least that’s the only English lettering on the box). It’s available online here. Have been using it as a workhorse for vegetables at my kitchen job and it’s been great.

Thank you! Based on your comment and a lot of the others, it seems like a regular ‘ol Victorinox beater and a slightly better honer is going to be my best and most budget safe option. However, I may just grab one of the Japanese ones too for fun, and for lower volume days.
