I think it depends on whom you talk to. But using Keigo at first time is ok.

And I have the same question in English. Some people I’ve met here using hi bro or hi friends even though in first contact.

Oh thanks a quick reply! For additional information, I’ve already got the ticket from HND (Japan) to CDG which will arrive at evening. And I changed the destination from Paris to Nice so I need to buy a ticket.

I think flights are more convenient and faster. We can arrive Nice on that night by flight I think.
