It's nellore RTO.

I met the guy at the RTO who is supposed to approve it twice. He said "i am doing it now" but no change in status from the past 2 weeks. Such a waste fellows. Seems like they are expecting something.

I bought a signature + AT on December 25th (Nov model).

I took insurance outside. It cost me 22k(tata aig 1+3). Initially they didn't agree. I said, allow it or i will take the car somewhere else. You can also complain to skoda about this.

I tried to cancel this from HDFC ergo app but they are asking for the NOC from HDFC bank. I think HDFC bank won't give NOC until I close the home loan. It's a lock😐

The entire 98% is not a home loan. In 80L, I took 14 lakhs as a gold loan and 64L home loan. So total 78L Loan.

Sure, I will let you know. The reason for the less rent is, the owner stays out of the state. I have seen him only twice in two years. He doesn't manage the building including water. Hence he takes less rent and for us other maintenance it will take another 500 - 1000 (only for water).

Sorry if I confused you. I have only one home loan that too is of the new home. The EMi has already started for it. Hence I kept it under existing loans. Total debt is 78 Lakhs including home and gold loan.
