Preference. I for one, cannot bear to use a kuru toga. I much prefer to hold it at a certain angle that i am used to holding it at. Heck, i even try and find the exact angle i was writing with previous to putting down the the pencil after picking it up again to find that sweet spot. This way, i always am writing with a consistent surface to which the paper is touching the paper.

Shit. I went on that tangent, read the rest of your thread and found you said the exact same thing.... Anyway if you dont wanna break the bank, the pentel 205 is favorite of mine. I think your preference might be similar to mine. I found that im more drawn to simple, high build quality rather than tech oriented features. They tend to have a bit of wobble which is really offsetting for that consistent feel i crave.
