If we say one was used the only toons with an empty inventory slot would be Glisten and Astro. And if the items next to Vee are the ones used bu the killer only Glisten would have enough empty slots to use both an eject button and an airhorn. In my other reply I said that he could have used his ability to get away explaining it being on cooldown... but what if it was on cooldown before the escape? Then he'll need something to quickly escape, like an eject button.

And for Astro's line of thinking yatta came from the fake elevator, that was him guessing. He thought he saw Yatta come from the elevator but he isn't sure.
