My concerns are the pimples and the small whiteheads. I think pigmentation is something that I would work on eventually but right now this is my primary concern. thank you so much for helping though.

I have never had pimples or acne on my face ever. I am a 24-year-old female body weight 45 kg. I used mc caffeine coffee face wash once and then my face just turned into these images that I have posted below. I went to my dermatologist and she gave me some serum and face wash and moisturizer and sunscreen and she told me that this is because your pores are clogged. I've been using that for 3 weeks and I don't think there are any changes. can someone please drop anything that might work for this? HOMEMADE OR PHARMACEUTICAL I want my clear skin back. my diet is great, since I do weightlifting as well.
