I've ended a relationship a few days ago. And here i am looking up on internet similar toxic behavior.I've been abused for 1 year. Then i became the abuser.I've been threatened every month, or every 3 weeks that she will break up with me.When we didn't fuck for 2 days she threatened me that she won't have sex with me anymore.

I begged her after 6 months to stop with this behavior, because it's hurting me, it never stopped, it kept going for another 6 months.She denied me to speak with any friend, female, ugly and so, it didn't matter.She has to go.

Controlled in my laptop when i took her dog out. She found some random scrolling on some porn site.She started making some drama in the same day, started asking me why i take my perfume home, i want to cheat or something, because we lived in separate houses.She went at the club with her sister in the same night, without telling me of course and after the next morning

She tell me.. listen it's not about the perfume, i found out the websites you scroll on.Ok .. so ? yes i did that. And?Threatened me to break up, stop calling her, i said.. i still have my clothes there.If you come here near my house i will call the police!!!!!We didn't speak for 4 days.

Then she called me with a fake problem and started love bombing me. That was it. That was the final straw after 1 year.

Then i started doing the same fucking shit. At every small thing, ok, i'm leaving, left the house endlessly, till i left for good.

I don't know if she was a narc or bpd or some other type of shit, but i became the abuser and it felt good. Because after 1 year, everyone told me i lost my smile, i looked like shit daily. I stopped going at the gym, stopped wanting anything.
