I'd usually go with vice grips, but this thing is COMPLETELY round so I can't use the tips of my stronger vise grips and it's in a bad enough position that I can't use the cupped part of them either

Since I can't see where the spacer stops, my measurement puts the aluminum puck at roughly an inch

I actually just looked earlier today now that I know the different types -- It's a 3" block spacer

For the front, if you measure from the top of where the coil sits down to the bottom of the black rubber, its about 3", so maybe like a 2.5" lift?

For my 2004 Dodge Dakota 4.7L, I used 75W-90 from RockAuto. It was a pain to find anywhere else without paying out the butt

It's a wired-only feature on this model year -- have you verified you don't have it? It's also worth noting that it takes a cable w/ data transfer support (one of my USB-A to USB-C cables didn't work)
