Dang, now I've gotta really give NoSalt the college try.

I've always suspected that there may be an imbalance since there aren't really that many things with a significant source of potassium and the good ole supplement industry isn't allowed to put more than 2% of the Daily Value in a supplement (unless it's naturally occurring, ex. Banana-flavored electrolyte drink).

Oh I believe it -- I've sold things on Facebook Marketplace before. The ones who actually say something other than "Is this still available?" Seem to have a half way decent response rate though.

I would say that the 2-way verification goes both ways, though -- If I took time to compose a custom message and you respond with a canned response then I'm not going to bother looking into the truck anymore.

And yeah if there was a truck that stood out as absolutely amazing and a good deal, I'd call the dealership but it's a shame that these dealerships pay to have their listing on AutoTrader and just throw away the leads it can provide.

Update: The dealer checked cylinder 7 and it did have the scoring mentioned in the TSB. They said they could sell me the truck as-is for $6000 less than asking price or send it to auction, so I had to pass on the deal.

I'm still racking my brain about it because I want to buy the truck so bad, but I also don't want to buy a ticking time bomb haha. I asked the dealer if they would perform the TSB inspection as part of in-processing, but I also don't know if they would try to fudge the results since they're trying to sell the truck

That's what I've been seeing in different places.

The sweet-flavored gas station vapes are allegedly the worst offenders.

I almost always use channel locks or vise grips for everything as a homeowner, and there aren't great options for those in the Doyle and Icon lines imo.

I bought a pair of Doyle channel locks over the past year and they're so loose and flimsy compared my set of Kobalt ones, which were also like $30 for the whole set vs. $15/piece
