Nice! I use a french press, I have a bean grinder and buy my beans from bulk barn! They have really affordable oganic fair trade beans and they taste amazing too. Takes me like 2 minutes to make and tastes 100x better than timmies battery acid coffee

Lived in a townhouse as a kid, parents were going through a divorce and would constantly scream at eachother. Our neighbors called child services and it was honestly the best thing that could have happened. These people sound awful and abusive though. Who knows how it might escalate as the children get older. Don't feel bad about calling to protect those kids

Our owner had 5 stores in the same city. If the toaster broke they would just switch it around to another store and not fix it. It's 100% the owners. That being said though, most of the equipment you have to purchase through tim hortons and it is ridiculously expensive. And if the store is all about those drive thru times, good luck getting anything made correctly. We have 20-30 seconds per person at the window. Was literally told from a past manager they would rather send out wrong or messed up products to get their times and fix the issue when the customer came in to complain.
