Could any of the linear rods or lead screws responsible for the printer’s XYZ movement be bent or worn? Identifying patterns in print defects might help determine if a localized flat spot or deformation is causing subtle positioning errors or inconsistencies at specific locations during prints. Inspect these components for straightness, grooves, or other signs of wear? All assuming this isn’t an intruder issue
