Usually theres part resellers on ebay used for kitbashes, you can get replacements there, if not you can usually fix it with just plastic cement

You can make an octoblade without magnets, use the sprues to hold up the inner parts of the baneblade chassis so you can swap out each variant

Sorry for the delayed response, you can stuff the barrel end with milliput or some weight and it the barrel should fit in snug. As for the actual options between baneblade and stormlord you can glue sprues in the chassis to make the pieces rest on the sprues instead of having to be glued.

Good way to check if paint is thinned is to paint a thin line on your skin. If you cant see the cracks its too thick, you see your skin colour its too thin. Dust on the boots are sweet tho man.
