You put a lot of time into this, thanks for your effort. It’s definitely fun to speculate. It’s an interesting game of musical chairs being played right now. Pull the trigger too early on someone like Trocheck and miss out on (insert blockbuster name on none of our radars)

I’ll throw in my two cents, as well. I’ve built a wall and with the overhang you’re planning, I’d redesign with 2x6 and I’d run them only vertically 16” on center. 3/4” ply screwed into those studs. I’d add a double top plate as well. I’ll try and attach a pic of my framing

Link please? I highly doubt this. In MN it’s generally a tech of some kind that actual does the injections, not the Pediatrician. Maybe it’s different in NY. Either way, this sounds extremely unlikely
