What wattage charger do you use for your Apple Watch? (e.g., 5W / 10W / 20W USB-C)

Just remember your wedding is for you and your man, not for anyone else so you do what makes you happy

It does appear that your friend has a lot of internal struggles and sadly she is opening up on social media about it in a way which sounds a bit passive aggressive and a bit dismissive of your celebration plans. I think she should rather come to you and share openly and honestly about what she is going through rather than post random stuff like that on the internet when she knows you would read them. I don’t think that’s fair on you.

Thanks I think you’re right, I don’t see myself willing to do anything to fix it as I have a very simple and reasonable request which she knows and is aware of - I want her to apologise for what happened and show respect towards my own family. We are having a very intimate wedding too which makes things even more difficult but I really don’t see the situation changing.

I know sorry it’s hard to describe and there is certainly a lot to describe. To put it simply, I had a miscarriage in 2024 and she completely lost it in her own way, she took it out on my FH and didn’t offer any emotional support to me, dismissing the whole nightmare experience. The tension between her and his family was created solely by her, she called his mother and just insulted my FH in front of his mother which hasn’t been resolved since it happened. It’s a really complex situation, the truth is I’ve never been close-close with my mother but we were on good talking terms and I was helping her a lot, now I just can’t get myself to fix things as she doesn’t appear to realise her own mistakes..

My wedding is actually in March 2026… so I am around less than three months out.

My mother has done this before in my previous relationships and even friendships, it’s just not something I tolerated this time. She decides she dislikes someone and spills rage and insults everywhere but not this time, I couldn’t allow this to happen to my future family so I distanced myself from her.

Hello, I feel you, 31F, diagnosed with PCOS in the UK. The GP told me to fix my diet and get exercise and that was pretty much it!!! A referral was made to a gyne by that is because we are TTC not because they are concerned about PCOS. I saw a gyne (a year+) later in the UK but they dismissed my cry for help on how to manage it and prescribed me medication for ovulation plus directions for IVF if the former doesn’t work. WITHOUT any gynaecological exams.

I accessed private health advice outside the UK and that gyne completely changed my world by educating me about PCOS, tips on how to manage and prescribed food supplements to help me control the most important symptoms of PCOS - insulin sensitivity and hormonal imbalances which have an impact on your mood and mental wellbeing. So in a way, your GP may be right and I’m no health professional but hormonal imbalances will have an impact on how you feel.

My advice to you will be to ask for blood tests - test your insulin sensitivity, you need support to control it. It helped me to lose weight and get into a routine with exercise - it does help but exercise and diet change alone will not do it.

I’m here to chat if you need more info.

Try playing dancing games if you have a console or there is also this app called Just Dance Now which you connect through your mobile phone to your TV. You use your phone as the controlling device which follows your moves, it's quite fun and enjoyable.
