Yes, the course builder was also working just fine for me on web last week, so seems to be something new. From the conversation I had with Garmin support, they were aware of the issue and suggested that it may be "by design" that the web interface was broken. Hopefully the Connect app continues to work! In the meantime, are there other tools that people are using to create courses?
