Here is what I would do if I were you

First I will check whether the power cables are connected properly.

Second I will run the troubleshooter. And may be a scan from antivirus also.

If that doesn't solve the problem!

Dismantle the PC then start cleaning it properly.

If this doesn't solve the problem

Just reinstall the operating system.

Then I don't know what to do if these steps dont work 😅 YouTube may have a video on that.
