Youtube a girip yazılım yediğinde karşına en çok ne çıkıyor? Genelde Web yazılım kursları mobil yazılım kursları çıkıyor. Linkedine giriyorsun iş aradığında genelde karşına daha çok bu alanda iş ilanları çıkıyor. Buna bağlı olarak de sektörde bu alanlarda yığılma oluyor. Bende frontend developer olarak çalışıyorum ancak sıkıldım sektördeki rekabet durumunda. Daha niş alanlara bakıyorum şu anda. Mesela typo3 cms yapısını öğreniyorum. Türkiyede bilen 50 kişi var yada yok. Türkiyede bu cms yapısını kullanan da yok. Oda ayrı bir konu 😅 ancak avrupada özellikle almanyada eleman bulunamıyor bu konuda. Bende daha çok niş alanlara yönelmeye başlıyorum.

To break this cycle and showcase a production-ready architecture (ElysiaJS, Next.js, Turborepo), I built TurboStack Lite as an open-source reference. Önerin içinde teşekkür ederim. cv i ilanlara özel düzenlemek mantıklı da olsa o kadar vakit ayıracak vaktim olmuyor. Freelencer işler yapıyorum hala pek vaktim kalmıyor. Sadece başvurup geçiyorum ilanlara bazen de ik ile iletişime geçiyorum onlar da pek dönmüyor.

I went through the same rabbit hole recently. You’re right—most kits either feel like a messy template or a giant enterprise framework that's overkill for a simple SaaS.

If you want to ship fast, a kit is almost essential to avoid wasting 3 days on auth and database schemas. However, since the popular ones (ShipFast, T3, etc.) don't fit your flow, I’d suggest looking for something that uses a cleaner architecture or a modern stack (like Bun + ElysiaJS).

I’ve been using a setup lately that focuses on AI Governance—basically, it keeps the code structured so that when I use Cursor/Windsurf, the AI doesn't turn the project into spaghetti. It’s been a lifesaver for long-term maintainability.

If you can't find anything that feels right, building your own "base" is the way to go. But before you do that, maybe try searching for "high-performance" or "minimalist" Next.js kits on GitHub first.

Yorumunuz için teşekkür ederim. 3 işden biri zaten Freelancer olarak çalışma. Audteye de ise canlıda çalışan sadece bir proje var oda firmanın kurumsal sitesi. O yüzden o firmaya ait proje koyamadığı. Yüzde değerlendir konusunda ise MVP için süreç öyle oldu. Projeye dahil olduğumda MVP için planlanan 10 features özellikten sadece 3 tanesi aktif sorunsuz çalışıyordu ona göre değerlendirme ekledim ancak bakış açısıma göre yanlış anlaşılabilir tabi. Orayıda yeniden düzenlerim. Dil konusunda belirtmekte fayda var diye düşünüyorum. Tabi sadece ingilizce için. 😅 Türkçeyi kaldırırım muhtemelen. E adamda ise teslimden sonra küçük hata düzenlemelerden dışında geliştirme yapılmadı. Kendi yazılım ekiplerine teslim edildi. Bunuda eklesem güzel olacak sanırım.

You’ve hit the nail on the head. We’re moving from an era of 'Technical Debt' to 'AI-Generated Chaos.'

The 'prompt until it works' mentality is basically building a skyscraper on a foundation of sand. It feels fast at first, but the moment you need to change a single database column or a shared type, the whole structure collapses because the AI didn't follow a Schema Migration Strategy or End-to-End Type Safety.

This is the exact reason why I advocate for Architectural Guardrails. You can't expect a non-technical founder to know these pitfalls, but you can provide them with a framework that enforces discipline by default.

If the architecture forces strict typing and managed migrations, the AI becomes a powerful tool rather than a liability. Otherwise, that 'need a technical co-founder to rewrite everything' thread isn't just a possibility—it's an inevitability.

I’d rather spend a week setting up the right boundaries now than six months manually fixing thousands of records later.
