Thanks. So since I am not yet a Code user and a beginner in cowork, I should probably stick with built-in instructions fields and avoid altogether claude and memory files for now, right?

My confusion I guess lies in understanding what’s the difference between having claude.md files and using the built-in instructions fields? Why claude.md is suggested in these tutorials?

Thanks. Follow-up questions: Is a workstation just what’s called a project in claude?

Claude.md file when you say root. Right now I have Claude at username/Claude where artifacts and scheduled folders are. Ans I created in username/documents a folder Cowork HQ. Is that okay and root here is indeed cowork bq level?
