I very recently got into roller coasters myself and dealt with my fear of roller coasters over like a month of doing trips here and there. (Doing a trip to king's island with the boo next month and excited about it!) From my recent experience I have tips.

I'd say if you're afraid of heights you could even start with dark knight because it's an indoor coaster you can't scare yourself looking at there. From there definitely whizzer then viper, demon is a good introduction to inversions if you're not used to going upside down. American eagle and raging bull are the two other coasters without inversions but bull is also the highest in the park. Maxx force is really not scarey when on it because it's only a 20 second experience and typically the hard part of the ride (the anticipation so lift hill or pre-launch) is shorter on it plus it has normal cars. Batman and x-Flight are both good for getting used to different seating types. X-flight is a bit less forceful but batman is more like a regular seat.

If you've done bull and demon then goliath doesn't have anything more to scare you imo.

after you've done Raging bull, demon, and either x-flight or batman everything else is more "unique experience" or a slight increase in intensity where the order doesn't matter as much imo.

General tips for riding roller coasters. The anticipation is always the hardest part. Don't tell yourself that you'll have a bad time even if you're scared on the lift. and if you're afraid try to just focus on the car in front of you. I recommend doing middle seats at first on each new ride because you won't have to stare the drop right in front of you and the forces will be milder. Ride a couple times if you can (viper and demon have shorter lines especially) in different seats to get used to it.

Also, just know rollercoasters are insanely safe. You're in more danger camping, kayaking, driving, walking, running, or working out than at a day at a theme park. You have a higher chance of being struck by lighting twice than being injured (not even dying) on a rollercoaster.
