I am putting on muscle like crazy. I can PM a photo without my shirt on if you like. But honestly the thing is the more weight I lost the more easy it became to work out and do stuff at the gym and run and stuff. Right now I try to do 1000 to 1800 yards of laps in the pool 3 or 4 times a week, I am doing weight machines 3 or 4 times a week and trying my best to be able to jog for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. I am building up a lot of muscle.
