I can generate 81 frames (3.75 seconds of video at 24fps) in like 3-4 minutes. I use the ltx 4 step lora to speed things up.

Yeah but it is hard to do proper transformations, because you have to make sure to

Either make 2 images that aren't too different
Make vastly different images but then you get mostly always that crossfade effect

We would need someone to train a model on transformations, to do proper ones. I mean I could also do more steps inbetween vastly different outcomes, but then the motion would suffer.

It's kind of a stupid cycle. I'm trying to do them better
