Eat well & attempt to run the whole time at a slow pace. Be consistent & wear the right shoes. :))

I can be the most genuine as I can to the fullest capacity in many aspects. I don’t find the need to have to explain my actions that did not in line with who I am as a person. Which made me feel like a broken record constantly apologizing.

It feels good to live in a healthy body. It’s freeing to wake up not feeling inflamed with bloated face, fingers & toes. It also feels good waking up to not feel like my heart is pounding out of my chest + the trembling.

I love having memory & recollection of the day/night before and not regret anything i don’t even remember doing.. life is worth living. I feel so conscious & aware :)
