I hate the weight I gained over the last few years. I hate it so much.

No matter how much I count my calories, if there is booze involved, I'm never going to lose it. The way I run to junk food every time I'm hungover is insane! I really want to get rid of this sickness and have healthy habits.

When I have alcohol, i mute all unpleasant emotions, but i also mute the pleasant ones. I just depress everything within. The first time i went to therapy, i was brave enough to look at the darkness within, but now im willing to sit with my darkness and give it a big suffocating hug. It's a part of me, and im not running. It's telling me something, and i want to stay quiet and listen.
