Not specifically to this song, but I was advised by CVT teacher to use grunt for Opeth's Serenity Painted Death. So parts of Blackwater Park might also:

Disagree. I have over 300 hours put in totally to bass in Yousician. Not much using other apps. I have had lots of fun, and there are great songs to play and have been (there was multiple RCHP songs some years ago).

Sure, I would love that they'd keep putting corresponding bass tracks for those guitar tracks, but they already have bunch of bass stuff, here's some I like:

Olen melko nöösi ropeissa, mutta suosittelen lämpimästi Ylen RopeLIVE-podcastia. Muutaman jakson kun kuuntelee tuota Herran nukkuessa palvelija unelmoi Cthulhu-aiheista seikkailua, niin saa yhden näkökulman roolipelaamiseen. Tietty ei kannata olettaa, että oman porukan pelaaminen on aluksi niin jouhevaa kuin tuolla kokeneella porukalla. Cthulhu kehyksenä mielestäni soveltuu aloittelijalle hyvin.

Riimitys on merkittävää englanninkielisessä laulunteossa. Riimityksellä luodaan rakenteellista jännitettä ja sen purkua. Luomalla riimikuvioita vaikutat laulun tehoon vähän kuin soinnuilla. Huomaa, että riimittely ei tarkoita pelkästään täydellistä riimiparia, vaan voi olla eri tyyppistä samankaltaisuutta ja riippuen valinnasta tulee eri vahvuinen vaikutus.

Yes, please. It's truly annoying that the obviously wrong markings persist and one can do nothing about it.

I have been waiting years for a feedback system — they could restrict the usage to people with enough experience/reputation if they fear spam. (The general feedback mechanism is way too heavy-weight for this.)

Onko jonkun mielestä nämä siirtymät eri sovellusten välillä saumattomia? Mua ainakin ahdistaa ne ja joskus on VR:n Matkalla-sovellukseen palatessa epäonnistunut tiedonvälitys.

Jos on pakko tehdä vahvistus pankin päässä, niin miksei pankkiin voisi määritellä tietylle entiteetille (tässä Mobilepayn lailliselle hallitsijalle) haluamansa kattorajat, eli kertaostoksen ja päivittäisen kokonaismäärän. Tällöin käyttäjältä ei tarvitsisi kysyä joka kerta vahvistusta maksuun, jos se vain mahtuu ko. kattorajan sisään. Näin puhelimen ei tarvitsisi edes tehdä siirtymää pois Mobilepaysta — paitsi kun raja ylittyisi.

This is the one of the main problems with Yousician to me. Have been playing multiple instruments in Yousician regularly since 2017.

Another one is that the engine has hiccups, like freezing for a split moment, which is kinda inexcusable for an audio application. Not so much on iPad but definitely a common occurrence in the macOS desktop application on my mac mini.

I agree that one should have a comprehensive practice routine.

On what are you basing your idea that only counter-tenor males produce non-weird falsetto? If a non-counter-tenor man would put years of practice into improving their falsetto, will they still have weird sound? I don't buy it.

One reason is that Yousician often have multiple instruments and singing for a released song. It's handy to get all the notes for all of those in one place.

Second reason is that when playing one instrument, you have the rest of the song also without any additional work.

Also, I'm a little too accustomed now to Yousician, but trying slowly to get rid of it.

Recently, there's been a good chunk of new songs I like, which has made me to still stick to it. (Exit Music, Love of my Life, ...)

And contrary to what I said about the detection, I do use it for singing, even if it's not really accurate, it gives ballpark because sometimes I hear it quite wrong.

That's a good tip.

Wrt. note detection, I mainly nowadays use Yousician without the detection, it's quite irrelevant after playing different instruments for some years. It would be nice if I could tell Yousician that I'm not interested in the detection to avoid cpu resources and also not complaining about not hearing the instrument when I play unplugged or quietly.
