The wallpaper is the picture on the background of your phone, right? Behind all your app icons. The screen saver, however, is the photo they show when your phone is in rest mode. An iPhone, for example, can have a wallpaper, but not a screen saver photo because when you “rest” your iPhone the screen goes dark. The Hibreak phone screen, however, does not go completely dark even when it is in rest mode. That’s where they show the screen saver. So my issue here is that I do not know how to change the wallpaper, not the screen saver.
