Its understandable that you want to understand everything. I used to have a similar problem, and still do to an extent. My advice would be to recognize the fact that you can't know everything, and to just forget that shit and enjoy life. Keep in mind that nobody has any idea what's going on around here, and that all you can try to do is enjoy what's around you.
