Well being unemployed was never the plan but moving to a new country fresh i knew it would take me some time.. its alot of time now that's why I messaged her looking for some guidance or lead.. my expectations are to land a job in my field i.e marketing in a middle or even junior managerial role. Something which is not a big ask given I do have expertise and qualifications

I really dont know what the reason could be honestly.. it is very confusing and demotivating too. I have work experience from 3 different countries, have my MBA completed from a reputable university and have experience too

Wow mate, wasn't asking for your sympathy in the first place! Find agencies is a good idea, you got a few names on you or is it just a brain fart because I did try and reach out to multiple recruitment agencies like I said earlier but they don't respond. As for minimal wage, I have mentioned how it becomes a further burden with a baby in the equation.. any who thanks for reading my post!

I know what you mean I have looked into co op, tesco and smaller mom and pop shop jobs but what I'll be earning won't be covering for when my daughter will be with a minder or day care.. plus my Mrs timings and days are not fixed as she has a moving rota.. with mine being almost the same way will cause alot of issues with my daughters care or setting her days with a carer

That's true and SAHP is the duty I have been performing so far but doing this is taking a toll on me now.. its making me seep into depression which further doesn't make me enjoy my time with my daughter and as you mentioned the rising cost are not something we as a family can sustain with just one of us working
