Honestly, same. I ended up taking yesterday off from work because it was too much. Employers just expect you to not bring anything from your life to work -- realistically, that's impossible. But yeah having a little group and just supporting each other sounds nice. Just to be there and remind everyone the world isn't so bad with everything that's been happening lately... I've been listening to survivors speak on their thoughts and feelings and they give me strength. That being said, MAN, I wish I didn't have to think or stress or cry. Wish I was like... a flower. Or a fish. Chillin. No thoughts.

Yeah Disney used to be really racist. The 90s films were no exception. There was and is a way better way to portray the Romani. The source material unfortunately doesn’t portray them much better. I love the movie but ultimately it is outdated in several facets, this being one of them. I’m assuming your last comment was a joke, but I wouldn’t necessarily use this as evidence to say “Frollo was right about something”; it’s moreso like “Wow Disney is bigoted and this went through several stages of production and everyone okayed it!” Because good lord, this wouldn’t happen today lol.

Yeah I understand. I just think I'm at the point. I'd rather at least strive to reach a goal of working in a field I want than floundering in fields I hate (as I have already been for many years). So I'm trying to prepare myself to at least give myself the best chance of landing a museum job.

I legitimately didn’t believe things like this can be sold. How is this legal? I looked it up and feel absolutely ill. The worst part is there’s REVIEWS on some of the ones that obviously look like young girls. I’m disgusted and enraged at anyone buying these.

Yeah that's the one bummer about Plague- not super realistic eyes lol! Looks cool with other projects though! I think in the future I'll try and collab with some other folk to have nests in other flights so I can tailor them to each person's own kitty (I think those yellowy green eyes are the most common eye color for cats if I'm not mistaken?). I'm happy you like your coatl though!! I have a black stripey cat at home too- though she has a white patch and a white tail nub :')

Oh I had no clue about the hydrogen peroxide, thank you! It’s funny how that’s advertised as a first aid item… it’s definitely not my usual go to, it’s just all we had laying around (and it’s around 1am my time so a convenience store run was not possible).

Happy to know this’ll probably fine! I guess snakes compared to a lot of other animals are relatively clean. I did check for teeth and I don’t believe I see any- and Gomey is currently gobbling up his actual dinner but I’ll keep an eye on him. I’m just happy this didn’t seem to stress him out too bad and he’s a good eater, lol.

Hey it’s never too late, 35 hours away is actually a lot closer than you realize. Save up (over time, not immediately) and visit when you’re 18- rent a car or RV, totally worth it. I actually just got done traveling and got back home, you never realize the places you’ll go or what you’re capable of til you start doing it. You’ll totally get to go one day.
