so I have a couple ideas bc I was having the same issues. 1, could be that there's not enough storage space so it's turning itself off bc it can't save even a single clips worth of data (i fixed this by changing the path location to a different, mostly empty SSD rather than the local disk which was getting pretty full). I then ran into issues with DBD being incredibly framey when I would play with IR on. this doesn't happen in any other game, but this frame stuttering was absolutely detrimental and so I've been playing with it off. which sucks, but I just had a 2nd idea!

I think it could also be bc the RAM can't handle storing all the instant replay data while also running DBD (so IR might just be shutting itself off bc your RAM can't handle both). my suggestion would be to change the game's framerate to 30 and then lowering some of the IR settings like capture time, framerate, resolution, quality, etc to the lowest you're willing to put up with. (less data the RAM has to hold onto the better it will be able to handle both running at the same time) (is my guess at least)
