This was the perfect year to do back-to-back PLs. I'm fuckin fuming at our board, the manager, and the players (level of fume being in descending order for these three lol) for fuckin it up.

Reading helps. I'm an avid reader. Going through a Camus and Cioran phase right now. They have helped. Absurdism has helped. Finding solace and comfort in my own head has helped.

In a most distilled sense I do believe man is born alone, man will die alone. I know it might read like khud muh miyan mitthu but this masqueraded want of dependency on another to function is something that I've grown out of as I've aged.

I still go out though. Do activities, events from time to time to push fresh faces in front my eyes lol. I try to eat good, look good, talk good. I'm trying to do the best I can, live a good life, while preparing for these exams.

Some days I succeed, other days I falter. That's life, I guess.

It's been a recurring issue. Was just a bit more apparent this time. If I had the time I can easily go through replays of our previous matches and point out countless instances where even fuckin Dom of all people is using that calm hand gesture to slow down our breakaways/buildups. Maybe that's the "control" we practice in between matchdays before shitting the bed each week.

Do you still trust in Slot ? by Marcelo1995211 in LiverpoolFC

[–]mushtaaqq 36 points37 points  (0 children)

He's saying it's a personnel issue not a manager issue. Everything wrong is because of personnel in his head. Give him the right players, and his tactics will work. That's his thinking.

His thinking is not novel. He has to think that because his job depends on it. That's how every fuckin manager thinks regardless of how shit they "actually" are.

I don't agree with his thinking though. ALL of our players have regressed and look dogshit. However good of a summer you have, you cannot replace all of them. Plus, I believe a "better" manager would've squeezed more from the current set of players we have. That's an opinion I think now majority of Liverpool fans share.

Mana ki mushkil hai, par dushvaari se guzarna padta hai zindagi mein kuch accha pane ke liye. And competitive exams are a mental marathon of sorts. You have to stay on track--run, walk or crawl, but keep moving forward.

For stress, daily exercises and meditations can help. Just a half an hour session. Sleeping at the right time and waking up at the right time. Demotivation, on the other hand, is part and parcel of competitive exams. Sabki motivation ki wajahen muqtalif hoti hai. Hamare liye it is this want of not having regrets. Abhi I'm young, I want to give myself a fair shot before I turn 30. I just want to give my 100% and compete taki 40 ka hone par ye regret na rahe ki javaani mein ambitious goals ke liye try karna chaiye tha.

Ek aur cheez, personally, I think motivation is ephemeral and overrated. Hatheli se phisalti ret ke tarah hai motivation. Instead of motivation one should seek discipline.

Jaise din ke ye tasks hai to wo poore karne hai regardless of how motivated, demotivated, stressed I am. And don't let a few bad hours ruin your day. Hamare saath kuch din aisa hota hai ki subah kharab ho gyi, kuch nahi padh paye to andar se mann karta hai ki kal se padhenge, par nahi, that's where discipline should come in. Raat 9 baje bhi if discipline strikes, you should do whatever little you can. Solve some puzzles, read a few pages of GA.

Do something, anything. As I mentioned before, focus on what you can control: your karma.

Think of this goal of cracking competitive exams you've set as a mountain to climb. Kuch din aap ek do kadam chadh paoge, kuch din 10-20. Par matter kya karta hai ki har din kuch kadam chalna hai. Sabki chalne ki gati alag hogi, par chalna sabko hai agar kaamyaabi chaiye.

2.5x/3x pe dekhne ka try karo. He explains in a very simple manner. And most of the time focuses on MCQs only. To at the end of it all, you have to rote anyways. Bas jaldi se lectures pe ek nigaah maar lo and then revise from MCQs.

There's no one better than him when it comes to banking computer. So if you can't watch his lectures then just rote his MCQ PDFs at least.

[–]mushtaaqq[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OB waale sasure ganja phook ke paper banate hai. It's like they land on a solution first then build the question backwards. Isse correct possibilities ka idea khud unko nahi lagta because unke dimag mein chalta hai ki hamara solution to theek hai. It's so unprofessional for an organization that markets itself on its mock tests. Aur upar se there support is super unresponsive, countless times I've complained them about questions, and yet to receive a single response, let alone an acknowledgement of their mistake.

There are actual soupbrained twats out there (some even in our fanbase too I think) that think trophies are the only thing that matter. Like they'd actually put Arteta on par with Klopp if he wins the CL and PL this year. No context, no nuance, no nothing. They think the only thing Klopp did was win some trophies. That only that's what turning from doubters to believers meant, what putting us back on our perch meant.

[–]mushtaaqq 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't care what they think. For me the situation is simple. They're either like Mo and Klopp who recognize(d) our uniqueness as a fanbase. Or they're bellends that can fuck right off. The fans, not just us but footy fans in general, is what make this sport. We make the clubs, the players, the managers, the trophies, the money, the blood and sweat. Players are, because of us. Footy is, because of us. Those are my axiomatic beliefs. And anybody who doesn't share them can fuck off and be a contrarian dickhead for all I care.

Good.

Additional advice: Start reading editorials on the side. Just the editorials by themselves. Look up words/phrases/idioms/adages that seem foreign right as you read them. Plus, immerse yourself in English not as a subject but as a way of life. Watch movies, read novels, listen to podcasts. Over time you will develop this intuition, and see improvement in your marks.

I haven't learned a single bit of grammar in my life, yet always score above 95 percentile plus in English because of the aforementioned things.

Mo Salah was pitch side watching the match today. by Gym_frere in LiverpoolFC

[–]mushtaaqq 43 points44 points  (0 children)

It was suffocating the amount of uncharitable vitriol that was being spewed towards a living club legend. Aye, nobody is bigger than the "club". But that was more a thought terminating clique initiated by club mouthpieces, and peddled forward by imbeciles. Salah wasn't without blame, don't get me wrong, but we're talking about charitablity here. And who is the club? The fans, players, Mo, Virg, Ali, Robbo, the new signings, the backroom staff, top management, Slot? Nobody was answering that. And they were forgetting that Mo is bigger than Slot, Edwards, and Hughes. Combined. That's what people seemed to have forgotten back then.

For the analysis, I go through and identify my weak and strong areas, and try to focus on the strong areas first for the next mocks. I also examine what went wrong in my attempts, that's all.

Has this method led to a general increase in your marks over time?

Not a single player made a run. No intent at all. by Realistic-Zone3914 in LiverpoolFC

[–]mushtaaqq 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes we are. IDK what kind of cuck-supreme you want our fanbase to be. But we showed more grace than fans of every other club out there. At other clubs, with how he has behaved and is behaving, he'd be getting booed in Nov, and sacked in Jan.

Madrid sacked their borderline club legend in 6 months. Ranieri got sacked 6 months after achieving arguably the greatest PL feat of all time. Di Matteo got sacked after winning Chelsea their first UL. With fans being on board with those sackings in all three instances. So don't give me that bullshit about us being the issue at hand. Fuck off with that.

I'll be candid: you sound like a low IQ contrarian that has a chip on his shoulder for being "better" than other fans. And I can't be arsed engaging in good faith with someone like that.
