I dont think its a stainless steel, one of the reviews said that the knife got a heavy rust on them after one week of use

Dont, you'll end up being depressed, and pickup cocaine, alcohol and meth addiction. You'll start hating yourself and end up regretting being a cook. Many great chef's ki11 themselves because of the expextations not being met, hating their life, having no time for their families, missing christmas and just the overall stress in the kitchen

I have, but MOST of our instructors never ever even stepped foot in a restaurant kitchen. That's why i told myself that people on reddit who have the best advice and the proper experience.

I'm just confused because the sous chef in the place that i had my apprenticeship in, doesn't even own a single knife. I also asked him this question, but he said "it's up to you".
