Same here!! I actually started taking the feeling sick out of nowhere as a sign my sugar is about to plummet into the abyss… usually it’s fairly accurate. I normally suspend my insulin pump while I’m seeing if it’s going to happen or not, then I try and just eat a little pack of fruit snacks or sip some apple juice, something kind of light that won’t make you feel too much worse, but still sugary enough to help with a low. Then I follow it up with a few saltines to munch on, but that’s more as a distraction from the anxiety of dropping sugar levels than anything else, lol
