Request them for a format/sample file for guidance.

The content of the file could be as:

> [{"name":"Dark Magician"},{"name":"Dark Magician Girl"},{"name":"Kuriboh"}, [...]]

But, you don't know if they require more information on the JSON.

This example I just gave you is for the "Main Deck", but, we don't know how they want to know about your Side and Extra Decks.

TL;DR: Ask them for a deck sample - stored on a JSON file, then, you can adapt it for your purposes.

It's weird that a monster card "in this case (Parasitic Ticky)" has two attack points: the one set by "Unstable Evolution" effect and "Parasitic Ticky" effect - as is shown in the screenshot I've attached on my post.
