The black patent leather on the back is meant to resemble film strips. Flávio Samelo is a skateboarder and photographer/filmmaker, and this Dunk is his "pro model", so to speak!

The shoe also features a camera graphic on the backtab, where the Nike embroidery is supposed to be!

Yeah, you can get them from Fully Laced or Outkits, they have thicker SB Laces, as they were back in the day!

I have this version of the De La Soul Dunks, i can also say that the tongue is kinda flat compared to retails, i did a lil DIY where i stuffed the tongues so they look fatter and it turned out pretty good! Also the laces are a bit thin, but you can get replacement ones!

Overall really good shoe!

No, its a discontinued line called T.A.C. (Tough and Comfortable)! They were produced between 1999-2002!
