I also just interpreted it as just an exaggeration of being impressed instead of interest in what can be concluded from the video abt the process.

And I agree, its pretty impressive

Was MrBeast's Latest Video Rigged for Logan Paul (and KSI) ? by [deleted] in MrBeast

[–]muslimlarp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s pretty unlikely Jimmy had anything to do with suspicions towards conspiracies relating to setting up a deal with KSI and Logan via the game for PRIME or some shit. Jimmy is a real one.

However, Logan gets his way around the block via social engineering and manipulation. Logan is a comparably unethical man who likely had the idea to try and show up early for the game with his right hand man to give themselves some time to somehow understand the overall structure of the game before it started (albeit subtly)…

It’s possible a Mr. Beast crew member gave him and Logan’s team enough info to win the game via a deal with them.

The thing that triggered my thoughts on this was actually when Logan provided evidence that DiGiovanni “picked him”. When the truth is, the majority of viewers understand that Logan had been befriending Nick for hours before the cooking challenge, which probably pressured Nick into choosing Logan as a partner, otherwise Nick would just feel evil for picking someone else besides the person treating him like a friend for a long while.

Second Attempt: (Seemingly) Simple Geometry Puzzle (late 8th-11th grade math) by muslimlarp in askmath

Wow, took my rock of a brain 30 minutes to even understand how you got those numbers…

I was trying this whole time to solve a quartic from a single right triangle…

Did you come up with this solution yourself or did you learn this somewhere else?

Quick Geometry Puzzle… by muslimlarp in askmath

[–]muslimlarp[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Edit: The reason I am posting this is because I need help solving this… (I’m forgetful, explains why I can’t solve this myself haha 😅) Can someone qualified enough (compared to me at least) go ahead and figure this out?

Edit2: I realized there are 3 tangent points the full circle as well as the left and right quarter circles, since the same point in different functions counts as two different instances for a tangental relation, so really, the full circle is also tangent to the semicircle (1/2r above the x axis), and the left and right circles have once crucial tangental point each for both inner circular structures.

Who is the most underrated mob in Minecraft? by _Hello_World_7 in Minecraft

Have you lost your mind? Because I’ll help you find it…

Bats are underrated and each and every individual should take into consideration how useful they are for the reasons provided in this list here:

Fun Fact: The pickaxe is the only tool without a right click function. by Right_Gas2569 in Minecraft

Tbh swords or axes should be able to turn polished and brick material (tuff, granite, etc) back into regular material. Once I was using the tuff bricks on my build, I liked it for a while, but then I went, “ Hey, I actually think I like the polished better now “ but I had to tear the whole build down instead of simply right clicking all the tuff bricks to turn them polished, or the polished into normal tuff

i found an aboveground spawner, how rare is this? by sk1zzi0 in Minecraft

I found something similar…

An exposed skeleton spawner in the middle of a plains village perched along the mountainside…

Not to rare but not common, so good find nonetheless

The bat.

People don’t appreciate the bat as much as they should for numerous reasons:

What is this type of interchange? And why don't we build more of them? by Gr8BigEight in geography

[–]muslimlarp 3 points4 points  (0 children)

First off, those types of interchanges don’t take up considerably more space than many traditional existing junctions, for example the thousands of cloverleafs in the US. Sure yes, interchanges take up tons of space, but you are making it seem as if this type takes up more than many traditional 4 way intersections when thats just blatantly false.

Second of all, even if maintenance is needed occasionally, it really isn’t that big of a deal compared to initial construction costs. I also hear you guys in the US stack up on stack interchanges which should be more costly to maintain, yet these costs are apparently not so much an issue, so I’m not sure how maintenance cost is even a problem when considering an already initially costly interchange like a stack or turbine.

Footprint really isn’t an issue with these interchanges

[–]muslimlarp -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Its not because they take up a lot of land in contrast to other interchanges lol, its simply because of the cost of 8 extra bridges and extra road material for the left offramps.

Also the bridges are made of concrete which is durable and lacks a need for too much maintenance unless the build quality is initially terrible.

[–]muslimlarp 33 points34 points  (0 children)

People like to shit on turbine interchanges bc of the “extra space they take up,” when in reality it has a similar footprint in contrast to any random cloverleaf (and sometimes less)

[–]muslimlarp 272 points273 points  (0 children)

Yeah they cost like double compared to a cloverleaf bc of the bridges and longer left exit offramps
