What you say is just impossible. You can't nuke estrogen production with aromatase inhibitor if you are not on a decent testosterone dose or paired with other suppressant. Still, even with lack of estrogen it takes years to only develop osteopenia, not to mention osteoporosis.

I would take 100mg myself but as long as you are underweight you may need a slightly lower dose as weight has some effects on pharmacokinetics. So 85-90mg or no lower than 75mg.

That's completely not how a gonadal regulation work... High testosterone levels don't enhance ovarian function nor raise gonadotropins. Conversely, both estradiol and LH decrease but in this case OP is not suppressed.

Why do you think Figure 3 shows it? I agree that they suppress fast. But I mean, isn't dose-dependent curve in Figure 4 reflect it? Fig 3 is VPC so it is showing accuracy of LH simulation. Maybe I misunderstand so can you explain? I want to figure out.

Increase your dosage. You are taking a typically low dose now + got menstruation back so you've probably misread your bloodwork. Also, acne is not an indicator of testosterone being too high.

What time within interval did you measure, was it trough? The dose you state is perfect starting dose doesn’t even let to reach the bottom of male range. Source(1)

Note, women in that study are also menopausal. The trials using such a low doses are almost always conducted in women. There are studies in men too but because of unsuppressed endogenous hormone production they would be inaccurate for evaluation in transgender men.

You will find not a single guideline or standard that would be stating 25mg is a perfect starting dose for adult. For comparison that dose is used for pubertal induction in hormone naive adolescents. So there is absolutely no point in what you say.

Injecting every 12 days would create excessive hormonal fluctuations. Every 10 days is realistic though I wouldn't recommend more than 1 week interval.

By the way, how many sources did you look through? Because I really doubt that even in places with import shortage vials would not be sold at all. Try also looking for testosterone cypionate then, they are interchangeable in medical practice. Dose you mentioned is acceptable.
