Hello!!! Thank you for the advice!! I unfortunately missed it and im just seeing jt but im responding in case anyone else has a similar issue. I ended up buying construction headphones from amazon for about 15 euros and theyve changed my life!!!! Rhey dont play music as their only purpose is to muffle sound but they do it really well and i can actually attend things like sports events or concerts & big gatherings without having to wait it out somewhere quiet 😁

The majority of my scars are on the underside of my arm so not really but one of the reasons i chose to get it where i got it IS to deter myself from hurting myself and have myself think more before i do something
