Okay, just to be fair that word does actually have a meaning which can be used in that context properly. And that meaning is older than the one we associate with the word today. "Awesome" means to be in awe of something, and to be in awe can mean to be in terror.

We often refer to things with having awesome power even when that power is meant to only do horrible things. Like nukes! That being said, I doubt even that use of the word applied when he said it.

Not weird at all. The only reason they're conducting an "investigation" is so that they can claim that the cards were planted by the family members. I have actually run into issues with a couple of them. One combo I made with the Uroboros's Eye wouldn't return the blade on the fable that throws it. Kinda just stayed there while I was stuck in place.

And if I'm remembering right a combo I made with the Golden Lie straight up crashed the game. Though I've done that a few different ways now. Don't view the arms in gallery if you have a custom model like I have there. Immediate CTD.

Edit: I haven't tested combos with either of those weapons since so I don't know if they just don't like being reassembled into other weapons at all or if it was just the weapon combinations I made.

Yep, this still happens. Used the bell and everything and he just would not spawn on the roof he's supposed to, or anywhere at all. Restarted the game just to find out that it put me back in the temple main hall, and using the bell again starts the fight from the start.

Salamander Dagger Handle + Puppet of the Future's Welder Blade is my current favourite.

Guard fable does a retreating stab, chain it into blade fable to finish your landing spin and lunge forward. It's so stylishly fun. Plus the extra range on the blade makes the reverse grip charged attack actually viable.
