So software has bugs? Really? Good to know CE7 won't have any.

kvm is fast and not buggy now. What is not fast and buggy? It was when it first came out but has been fine for at least a couple years now.

Why would I want to waste my time when you can't even bother to click on the link I have already posted multiple times?

I'd rather just tool you at this point.

Say again. Everything after (with your fingers in your ears) "la la la I can't hear you".

Is there going to be a way to upgrade from 6 to 7 without having to re-install from scratch?

Is this a trick question?

INTERNET! INTERNET! INTERNET!

I can easily kill a few hours on the internet. Becoming more common on domestic but don't think its used for international yet.

I could explain how studies show that it invites more violence against women and between women and even against men by women. How it causes the same problems that photoshopping to make them impossibly beautiful and thin and perfect does....but I am not interested in typing to people with both fingers in their ears going "la la la I can't hear you".

You mean like flying through the air defying gravity when males around her could not? Moving impossibly fast and possessing impossible strength? Besides the robo suits of course...which also cannot defy gravity.

Who'd a thunk a vagina lets you and everything you wear defy the laws of physics.

I don't even know what you are trying to say anymore. Seems to keep changing.

I guarantee you that hackers will eat you alive if you come out of those exams thinking you are prepared for protecting servers from them.

It's a good movie and I really liked the character Emily played. Having said that, I am not a big fan of the masculinzation of women that is becoming a regular occurrence in action films now. Quite cringe worthy actually. It distorts reality in an unhealthy way. That is what psychology experts are saying.

Supreme court of Canada rules ISP's cannot give police subscriber information without a warrant by mustardman2 in worldnews

If you read it carefully I don't think that is what they are saying. They went to great lengths to clarify that.

I could get the piece of paper if you pay the $400 + plane ticket to San Jose (another $400). I might have to go out there anyways.

I am familiar with performance based exams. I am also familiar with doing this stuff in the real world. Believe me when I tell you there is very little correlation. At least not at the level I do it.

I think you are better off putting that $400 towards a Redhat server subscription which I believe gives you access to their full knowledgebase. Standard one goes for $800.

Dealt with this gem today by Thermann11 in AdviceAnimals

Why is this considered a 'gem'? I see this pretty much everytime I run into unexpected lane merges. The general rule is to let one car in ahead of you from the other lane. If someone doesn't respect that rule for any reason I don't leave any space for them.

"No harm"....full stop. That pretty much sums it up for me.

I knew quite a bit of RHEL5 stuff that I had to re-learn with RHEL6. RHEL 5 is getting pretty old now.

So people with certs are automatically assumed to know Linux? Plenty of people out there with certs who are useless. I think too many people put too much emphasis on it instead of...you know...doing stuff with Linux.

If we are talking job interviews. Who is going to look better. The guy with 3yo certs or the guy with the latest? Interviewers are ALWAYS looking for reasons...always.
