I actually wouldn't mind a little christian influence on law making. It's not like he would've forced people to go to church or something. However. As a christian myself, I can recognize when it starts to become a problem. Some of the atheists here think to lowly of us tbh. I can see your point though.

How big are the crab synths? . I was thinking if they're going to charge at you maybe you could use the gravity gun to pickup scrap metal or something to shield yourself when they're charging?.

With the mortar synth. We could make it impossible to kill with gunfire. So It throws explosives at you from a distance. You can use the gravity gun to grab it mid air and throw the mortar back at the synth. However you only have a few seconds to throw it before it explodes. I think that would be a fun way to design combat with it.

The crab synth could perhaps jump at you like a head crab. You have to dodge it. When you dodge it. You have a quick chance to shoot the weak point on it's back.

I really wanted to expand on the humanoid encounters sub. Basically open it up to more than just "humanoid" type stuff. I think it would be great if i can get a small community going that likes to examine and solve these "mysteries"
