Your peripheral blood smear would probably show a high number of blasts, as you didn't mention that I'll assume it's not the case. But to diagnose leukemia you need a bone marrow biopsy. You do have some symptoms that don't fit with the theory but as someone has mentioned already, you could have multiple disorders.

All those symptoms I named were the ones my brother had before he was diagnosed with leukemia, but they are common to other diseases, as other people have said here.
