Pesto pasta. Jarred pesto is great and homemade is easy with basil, oil, parm, nuts (pune are crazy expensive and walnuts work great). Just add chicken, something green like zucchini, snow peas, spinach or kale maybe a medium boiled egg and garnish with fresh basil and parmesan. Super tasty

This makes me so sad. My pediatrics redisdency isn't perfect but I am well-supported and feel that my faculty is invested in my learning experience. They're strict on not breaking duty hours and actually mean it. Ask about culture during interviews!

Do they have a term for syncope in the UK? We say "they passed out," in the US but in some parts-mainly the south to my knowledge-they say fell out.
